Delivery Area
We currently deliver to Greater Melbourne & Regional Service Areas. Delivery is free to all our Service Areas for all DIY supply orders placed through our online shop.
If you are located outside our Service Areas and wish to place an order, please contact us at info@trueroof.com.au or call 0482 022 493 and we will advise whether delivery can be arranged and confirm any applicable freight costs before processing your order.
Dispatch Timeframes
DIY supply orders (roof vents and gutter mesh kits) are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment being confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.
Installation Orders
If you have selected professional installation alongside your supply order, one of our team will contact you within 1–2 business days to schedule a convenient installation date. Materials are brought to site by our installers, with no separate delivery required.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@trueroof.com.au.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@trueroof.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
