Custom-Colour Products
Our gutter mesh kits and roof vents are supplied in customer-selected Colorbond® colours. Because these items are cut, matched, and packed to your specific colour selection at the time of order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect colour selection. Please review your colour choice carefully before completing your order.
If you are unsure which colour to select, contact us before placing your order and we can advise based on your roof type and existing Colorbond® profile.
Faulty, Damaged, or Non-Conforming Items
Returns and replacements are provided for items that are:
- Faulty or defective upon arrival
- Damaged in transit
- Otherwise fail to meet consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
To initiate a return or replacement for a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault or damage
- Photographs clearly showing the issue
We will assess your claim promptly and, where the item is confirmed faulty or damaged, arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no cost to you.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the ACL.
